Our return policy is based on a case by case basis and can be further reviewed in our General Partnership Agreements. Scenarios are based on the type of retailer partnership.
At Seltzer Box Creative Agency, we strive to provide the best products, services, and experiences to our customers. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of the original purchase date.
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.
- Proof of purchase (such as a receipt or order number) is required to process a return.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are exempt from being returned:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, beverages)
- Personal care items (e.g., cosmetics, hygiene products)
- Gift cards or downloadable software products
- Sale or clearance items (if marked as non-returnable)
Refund Process
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit automatically applied to your original method of payment. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at erick@getseltzerbox.com.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs, except in cases where the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item received).
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for high-value items.
Late or Missing Refunds
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
